I had always heard of the phenomenon “Click”. You know, when two people meet, eyes locks and hearts intertwine and they know they have found something more precious than life itself. When a new flame feels like an old connection? I had always been skeptic of the existence of it. I wasn’t quite sure about it, until I met Prachi and Vinayak.
I was in wonderment of the comfort level shared by the couple when I did their pre-wedding shoot in Jaipur. I was sure that they known each other for a while.
The beautiful bride Prachi, lives in Pune and is soon going to be Mrs. Vinayak who lives in Mumbai. Both of them share their roots in Jaipur. One would guess that their love began in the majestic Pink city, Jaipur because of the comfort they share with the City and with each other. But I was amazed to learn that they had only known each for five days before they decide to spend the rest of their lives together. It was hard for me to imagine that it was an arranged marriage. I guess they experienced their “Click” moment.
I absolutely loved shooting for them as it was extremely easy for me to get along with the couple and the shoot requirements. Ironically it was incredibly effortless for me to shoot in the most crowded and touristic places of Jaipur like the infamous Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal and the Albert Museum which normally takes a lot out of the photographer. But the couple made it possible for me to capture their loveliest moments and also enjoy my work.
One would be shy to get a perfect shot clicked in crowded areas specially the Hawa Mahal, but not them. Their vibes connected to a level where they hardly got shy about showing their love. This made it easy for me to complete the beautiful shoot. My lovely thoughts are with them. I wish them a life full of happy and incredible moments and may their connection lasts a lifetime.
